Periods Harvest/ yearly: Two (middle harvest and principal, but harvest cycles permanent). The coffees cherries are picked by hand, not by machine. The pickers only harvest the ripe cherries, which must be picked individually to guarantee quality.

Special Tastes Notes: Woodland, pipe tobacco, chocolate, red fruits, nutty and berry.
