Grade: Supremo screen size 19. Colombia Supremo refers to the largest size of beans from Colombia. Our Supremo is a screen size of 19 and is slightly larger than the excelso distinction. Supremo and excelso beans may be harvested from the same tree at the same time and later sorted by size.

Belen de Umbria and Apia, Risaralda region, in the western Andes, with the perfect climatic conditions to produce coffee all year round, about 30 small farmers harvested the coffee cherries by hand, not by machine. With great care, selecting strictly under 19 mesh, they obtain the largest size and quality grains that are called “supremo”.
